Red Robin has the best burger around. 'nuff said. This location tends to have slow service some nights and the employee meetings held out on the restaurant floor right at the start of the dinner shift are kind of annoying. Our server had to apologize for making us wait an extra 5 mins to get drinks because of their team meeting. Annoying...but the food is GREAT.

First time to this location. Food was just "OK". I think the thing I noticed about this location was the chaos. The waitress was in high speed and I felt super pressured to order fast. She was super attentive, almost too attentive. I felt rushed. I noticed the others around us were being visited in the same manner, and ironically as I was getting ready to leave, I heard the woman at the next table comment that she was feeling pressured and rushed as well. The other thing was that the busboy was working in a manner that was so fast that he didn't clean the tables and floor very well, and when he whipped his rag around, food was flicking at the customers across from him. He pulled the bus tub off the bench and spilled something nasty on the floor which he didn't come back to clean. The waitress slipped which prompted that. I think they all just need to slow down and allow their customers to enjoy a meal. You go out to relax and let someone take care of you. I just left feeling stressed and not happy about my visit...

Red Robin a chain of restaurants specializing in burgers which started in Washington. Most people know about this chain. The inside is a large open design with both booths and tables. They have TVs all around the room so you can catch the game if need to. They are all the old style CRT TVs. I didn't know they still sold those things. There is even one buried in the floor at the entrance. This place can get pretty busy as it offers lower cost fare. So you might have to wait to get a table. My favorite burger is the Royal Red Robin Burger. It has egg on it and it is yummy. They refer to the burgers as gourmet and that is probably appropriate. They are not like In and Out or Smashburger in both design and price. They also have shakes and other entrees like pasta and chicken dishes. Many of the dishes come with unlimited french fries which are pretty tasty. They also have garlic fries which add a little flare to the large wedge style fries they serve. Avoid the fish and chips, not that great. There are couple of healthy items on the menu but this place is definitely not on the healthy side. Service is just okay. The servers are definitely worked pretty hard. and if you happen near a large party you might get ignored for a while. I'm don't think they do take out but I could be wrong. Lunch always seems to be a better experience than dinner here for whatever reason.

Pretty Standard; service ok; did not have balloons for the kids at the front door - perhaps this is a regional thing; only mentioned it cause the kids were a little disappointed.

My oldest son and I had the Royal Red Robin Burger ...excellent, served with a fried egg. My wife had the buffalo strips ...a bit spicy for her taste My youngest son had the spaghetti ...loved it Very close to the movie theaters. Highly recommed dessert next door at Cold Stone Creamery. Excellent service from Jeremy Have been there before, will go back again

I took my son to Red Robin at the District in South Jordan, the place he wanted to eat for his 10th birthday. We waited 35 minutes for food that was brought out cold and made incorrectly. For our troubles, the manager gave me $14 worth of gift certificates for $30 worth of food that was terrible. Tonight, I called in my order: Red Robin Gourmet Burger with Swiss and bacon, no lettuce. When I arrived four minutes later, I was told they just put the order in. I relinquished my $14 worth of certificates for the $9.39 order (no change) and waited another 24 minutes for my burger, which came with NO cheese, NO bacon, and WITH lettuce. When I got upset and spoke to the same manager as before (who remembered me), he told me it wasn't his fault and they'd remake the burger, presumably another 24 minute ordeal. At this point, I watched the HOSTESS take my burger apart-without washing her bare hands-put bacon on it, and then try to hand it back to me! I told him that was an unacceptable answer, so he threw my gift certificates on the floor (where they remained when I finally walked out the door) and walked away. In general, I've always liked Red Robin for their food, though their service is typically pretty slow. This, however, is not an acceptable way to treat customers; especially customers who have come back to give your establishment a second chance after you screwed up the first time. I will not be visiting this location again, and you can be sure I'll do everything in my power to make sure it's avoided by everyone I know.

Sssssslllllllllooooooooowwwwwww! It was actually called #BlueEgg when we walked in. :) From seating to cashing out, everything takes forever. Avoid #RedRobin if you don't have 4 hours to kill to get a burger...

I came here with a friend before a movie and I wasn't disappointed. I had a cheeseburger with fries and a jack and coke.

I still love this place even if its a chain restaurant. Their burgers are always good. I love their Hawaiian burger, pineapple rings on a burger with teriyaki sauce is always a good combo.

Ok, so I love Red Robin and have been going for years. However, I will no longer go to this one due to issues we have had. One night my wife was served a WAY undercooked piece of chicken (still pink and cold on the inside). Wanting to give them another chance we went again and my mother-in-law had an issue this time. She ordered the veggie burger and on the first bite discovered the paper was still attached. They had actually cooked it with the the paper on, dished it up and served it. That was the last time we visited this location. If you stick with frys and a shake, you will probably be fine, but I am not sure I would risk much more than that...

Full disclosure... I ate at Red Robin during college 1-2 times per week for over a year and I still visit there at least 1-2 times per month. So I'm obviously a big fan. This South Jordan location is arguably the biggest and busiest Red Robin restaurant in the SLC/Provo area. I have had the longest waits at this location so be prepared for a wait if you go on a weekend or a busy night. The fries are bottomless so we usually ask for them to start as soon as we start (since they can be slow if it's a busy night) with Ranch and Fry Sauce. Just about every burger on the menu is excellent (the Whiskey River BBQ Burger is my favorite... the chicken version is a nice change if you don't want beef). The Crispy Chicken Salad is my favorite salad with the honey mustard dressing. The Clucks and Fries are awesome chicken fingers. The Strawberry Lemonades are free refills and I usually drink a few per visit. The Gingerbread Shake around December is very good. And if you still have room for dessert, the Mudd Pie is amazing and large enough for at least 2 people.

Absolutely DISGUSTED! The host, Sam was the worst employee I've ever seen. Long story short I told her one more person would be joining us from what I had originally told her so we would like to request a bigger booth. She literally told me no. That she can't make me any promises. I said well when can you promise it? The other host realized she was treating me with disrespect and attitude and said "about 15 to 20 minutes ma'am" I said great please put us down. I then sat down to wait and saw her rolling her eyes, pointing at us, and causing a scene in front of other customers. as if we couldn't see her ? I ended up, going up there staring at her name tag told her to cancel our reservation. Went outside and called the manager. The employees passed me around doing everything for it not to reach the manager. I eventually got him after about 5 minutes and explained everything to him. He was extremely nice and compensated me for the awful experience. Everyone in my family was disgusted. It's sad that none of us will never go back to that location just because of that one employee.

We got right in, just to be seated WITHOUT service for 20 min only because we flagged someone down. We were told there server was 10 min late and gave us a new waiter, who was already stretched thin. Needless to say people all around us got there food while we waited. We were there without refills or a complete order for over 2 hours.

There wasn't anything above mediocre about our experience last night. The lobby was full, full for a somewhat reasonable wait time, table turn arounds were sluggish. It was crazy loud. My husband glass was obviously, disgustingly dirty but our waitress somehow missed. Some what understandable due to the massive amount of takes she was trying to serve. They wouldn't let us pick a different appetizer than our coupon even though the one we desired cost less. The food was edible but meh. Nothing but iceberg in their salads, forgot the dressing on mine had to wait a bit to get some. Our waitress was incredibly friendly but not very attentative had to move our empty glasses all the way to the edge of the take to get her attention, ect. Nothing awful but they're not offering very much. I'll probably spend my money somewhere else on the future.

We were traveling through and met some friends for dinner. Unfortunately we had a small dog with us that couldn't stay in the hot car. We noticed that they had a patio so we ask if they could seat us on the patio so we could set the dog in her kennel under the table. They were really busy and were not seating people on the patio, but they managed to find a waiter that was willing to add us to his busy load. The evening was really nice and the patio was a perfect place to dine especially because we had kids that had been cooped up in the car for hours. They were able to run around the patio without interrupting other diners.

First of all, when coming here you have to expect a wait on the weekends. My family came to celebrate my son's birthday. Coming from AZ my kids always loved getting sung too. Not the case here. And I don't care for the free sundae, a kid just wants to feel special. My boys told the waitress and she didn't even tell him happy birthday, she asked if we wanted the free sundae and we said no. Anyhow, service was slow and as expected the place is loud. My boys got a hamburger with mandarin oranges. They are supposed to be bottomless sides but they had just one which was fine. The nice part about the burgers is you make it how you want it. Just beef and bun then add your toppings. The chicken fingers were good too with really good ranch! I got the burning love burger. Good spice too it and I added the jalapeño to my burger. I did not like having shredded lettuce on my burger, weird! I tried my husband's ghost burger. It was good. The server didn't know what the difference between a tavern style and gourmet burger was. Not too helpful... But still a pretty decent place. My husband loves Red Robin in general for the bottomless fries. He just tells them to keep them coming! The seasoning to add is pretty awesome.

Why do they pay one person to manage a dry erase placemat? Employees are lethargic at best, downright bitchy at worst. Anywhere that feels that I need my fries placed in a ring and stood upright has lost my business.

You really cant go wrong with any of the burgers here, they've changed the menu over the years but the burgers stay consistent and the bottomless fries are top notch, this is the only place I can think of that has real strawberries in the strawberry lemonade I really appreciate that and would come just for that. Great place to grab a bit before a movie usually is pretty fast service.

I do love the burgers here. It seems they've changed there menu quite a bit. They now have some burgers topping out at 13 bucks for more premium toppings. In my opinion, you should always use premium ingredients. You shouldn't have to pay more for say, premium bacon. Especially since the bacon on my A1 peppercorn burger was measly and lousy. All in all the burger wasn't bad. Love their fries and tangy bbq fry sauce. It's what I crave I guess. The zucchini appetizer has changed also. I liked the big fat zucchini they had before. Now they're short and stubby pieces which made they dry and crispy. My dinner date got the prime chop house burger. She said it was okay but could have used more sauce as the burger was kind of dry. No napkins or silverware were given to us. But Other than that the service was good. No one beats lucky 13's burgers which are 5 star. Therefore I am giving it 3 stars, after all they are a BURGER joint.

This is one of the newer RR's in Salt Lake and you can tell. The layout is open, spacious, bright and busy! It could easily fit into any big tourist city from LA to Orlando. The food is your average RR fare. However, the HUGE DISAPPOINT was their garlic fries! At the WVC location, when you order garlic fries, they make the dish with actual garlic, Parmesan and parsley. However, at this location, their version of "garlic" fries doesn't even use real garlic. Instead, they use GARLIC SALT! What? The service was solid, genuine and friendly. Much better service than the Fashion Place location, but still not as good as WVC. 4 stars easily. It's surprisingly disappointing that such a huge national franchise cannot maintain any level of consistency throughout their locations. I've seen local restaurants with better consistency than this place. Service is great but I won't be coming back to this location since I love garlic fries and it seems like only WVC knows how to do it right.

I've enjoyed the food at other red robin locations and decided to come by around my birthday for the free birthday burger with my husband. I called ahead of time to make sure that they accepted red robin royalty cards and they said they did. The overall experience was less than great and when we received the check and I gave them my red robin royalty card they said they don't accept them. I ended up talking with the manager and after a while he agreed to waive the burger, but was not happy about it. After such a bad experience I was reluctant to go back, but yesterday I decided to give them another shot. We got there around 530 and it was somewhat slow. We were seated immediately and told that our server would be right with us. Server after server walked right past us, we sat there for about twenty minutes and no one ever even glanced at us. We ended up just leaving and I will definitely not be back to this location.

My Wife ordered my Ensenada Salad to go for me and brought it to me at work. When I got it I did not get the salad I got a burger. She called and not only did they give us the burger for free, they the Store Manger drove 3 miles to drop of my salad to my work!!! 5stars in my book any day! THANKS

I love Red Robin fries. I really, really do. I recognize fully that there's nothing on their menu that's really anything short of pedestrian, but also, I don't really go to chain restaurants for innovative food. I've frequented RR for years and years now and am quite pleased with this particular location. Tonight our server was Marte, and she was excellent - kept on top of our beverages and was very personable in spite of how slammed she was. I ordered the Prime Rib sandwich because I was in the mood for something other than a burger, and it was pretty tasty! The beef was tender and the horseradish sauce added a nice zing. I also liked how soft the baguette was rather than being the type of bread that tears up the inside of your mouth (we've all been there). I'd definitely recommend it to anyone interested in stepping away from their lengthy burger menu.

Huston we had some problems. When we walked in the music was so loud in the front that we couldn't hear our greeter. We asked for a booth in the corner (it was empty and clean) he said he had to ask another greeter because he was new. We were told we could have a half booth half table. No explanation on the corner booth. The adult meals we ordered were very good. The kids Mac n cheese were nice portions but the side fruit cup was not what we expected. It did not look very appealing and the kids didn't even try them. Our kids LOVE fruit. Perhaps if it was not a mixed fruit it would have went over better. However our saving grace was our server Heather who provided excellent customer service. She was very efficient in getting refills and was very sweet with the kids. She turned the 3 star rating into a 4. I would not recommend sitting close to the servers station that is located by the patio. Every time they closed the cabinet doors my ears began to bleed from the slamming sound. A quick fix would be some soft close door hardware, or even some weather stripping if you want a super cheap solution. We still would recommend this place because we love the food. Next time we will just stay away from the server station and hopefully the DJ can turn it down a little.

I have been to plenty of Red Robin's and they can cook a burger. My boyfriend and I went on the 24th of July and it was really busy, but they did a really good job on getting us seated in a timely manner. The waiter was also attentive to us. The only problem that I faced was that my gluten allergy seemed to be quite the inconvenience. The staff didn't have a great knowledge of what had gluten in it or not. They even served me dressing that was not gluten free! They quickly fixed it, but I was the one who caught it. They absolutely need to step up their gluten free game.

I'm a big fan of red robins, especially this location. It feels and looks like any other red robins except the last couple times I've been their the service was awesome. There was practically no wait time and the waitress was on the ball. I felt my burgers here was a little better than another location I've gone to before. Their bottomless fries are great but I recommend their sweet potato fries. They are a little extra but worth it in my opinion. My top 2 burgers are the guacamole bacon burger and the whiskey river BBQ burger.

Stopped in here for a bite after going to the movies. It's just what you would expect at Ref Robin. Nothing super special but at least it's familiar. Fast, tastes like it's supposed to, decent service. I would come here again if I am in the area and was wanting a burger.

We really appreciate how out going and friendly the staff is here. We eat here once a month before we go to the movies. Food is always good and fast. Tonight we did take out and it was ready when they said it would be and everything was perfect. Thanks.

Typically I am a big fan of the Robin!! This visit was subpar. We wanted to dine outside as it was a beautiful night. Once we were seated, they forgot we were outside. We had to go in and remind them we were there. The waiter admitted he forgot to come out and take our order. We were able to order our dinner but the service was a bit slow and it was a struggle for the waiter to remember to come out and check on us. Now for the food. The food was good. I had a delish burger. I had asked for grilled onions, which were forgot. But the burger was still great. I had specifically ordered their delish Garlic fries and yet again he forgot my garlic fries. When he brought them out they were delish. I do love their garlic fries. All and all besides the slow waiter and the pesky fly buzzing the table it was a decent dining experience. Typically RR is a great dining experience. Not sure what happened to the waiter and his forgetfulness this is not typical. It hasn't really jaded my experience I will definitely come back.

I visited this burger joint a few days ago and forgot to write a review, any way the burgers are above average probably like a 7/10 and the service was fair (7/10). Red Robin is a good place to eat late at night or if you're burnt out of every other restaurant.

I love Red Robin. This always seems to be a place where we gravitate to as a pre-movie hang out. It's definitely not the healthiest choice around, but the burgers are yummy. The fish and chips are some of the better ones you can get around the SLC valley, which isn't saying much. Really big portions, I'd recommend splitting a dish. The floors are always dirty and sticky, but the tables are kept clean. Friendly service.

RR always has great customer service. Us & 4 other couples went before a movie. The server said we had plenty of time to eat & make the movie. It got super busy & our food took a while so the manager came out with our food a boxed up with dessert & the whole table comped! We made our movie & had yummy food after which ended being fine. He actually offered to even pay for our movie but we already had our tickets. Now that's superb customer service! Kudos! :-) my favorite is always the Teriyaki chicken sandwich.

I love Red Robin, no matter where I go. This place was no exception. The food was great, and the service even better considering we were such a big party. They accommodated us twice, without any complaints or long faces. They were super chill fulfilling our needs, and so, our overall experience was perfect. What to get if you've never been to a RR before? I'd say the Royal burger is one of my favorite ones. Try their different sauces and spices for your bottomless fries, and don't forget to sign up for their online club. You can get discounts, and a free burger for your bday. What else can you ask for? And bc this location is at The District, they have massive amounts of parking.

I have a love/hate relationship with Red Robin. There have been times when my burger and fries were awesome and I really enjoyed my meal. But there have also been many times that my burger left a lot to be desired or was downright gross. It's really too bad that the consistency of their food isn't better because I like the restaurant itself. The eclectic decor inside is fun and the staff is usually on point and eager to please. The bottomless fries are always great and their freckled lemonades are good. Maybe the next time I go to Red Robin I just won't get a burger... or maybe there won't be a next time... I've been burned maybe one too many times to really want to go back again...

It's getting late on a Tuesday night and running late, but, stopped in to Red Robin for something to eat. We were seated immediately, since they weren't too busy, and our server appeared shortly telling us he would be right back to take our orders. After we waited long enough to be ready to leave, which we should have done, a different server appeared and took our orders. I wanted only extra white onions on the burger, which I thought, was a simple request. The food arrived, and, what a surprise. Not only did my burger have a large portion of red onions, but I was given a plate with what looked like an entire large diced white onion sitting on a large lettuce leaf. Did not anyone think that all I wanted was some extra onion on the burger? It was as if they had no idea how to serve burgers, but, that's what they do. The bottomless fries were cold (almost getting old) and so was my burger, not to mention being as dry as dust. We just paid and left, and, it's doubtful we ever return to this, or any other Red Robin store.

This is a much better location than the previous time we ate at Red Robin. But, tonight I went there with someone that doesn't eat red meat, sometime that is gluten sensitive, and someone with allergies to tomatoes and carrots. So, why would we chose a hamburger place? Absolutely no idea. But, the food was fine. The waiter was good with refilling drinks and bottomless fries. I was disappointed with the sweet potato fries that weren't very good. The waiter and restaurant were accommodating to everyone's allergies. So, that was good. The restaurant was packed and seemed to be a popular destination.

When reviewing somewhere like Red Robin it's important to remember, this is a chain restaurant, it's not fine dining, so my review (as all are) is based on what my expectations were. To be honest, I've had pretty good experiences at other Red Robin locations, for whatever reason this particular one seems to veer away from burger chain to something more akin to the Mos Eisley Cantina in Star Wars! First off, our server was just plain 'odd' I don't know what part of the Universe he was from and honestly can't pin point what it was, but he was just really off putting at first, both me and my wife noticed. With that said, he gave decent service when it came to meeting our needs - which was a good thing.... Firstly, we noticed the table was sticky to the touch, not dirty per say, but just like they didn't use any detergent or anything when it was wiped off so there was still grease/oil residue on it. Then we noticed a fly stuck to it - which since I didn't have my light sabre with me, my wife resorted to changing it to a dead fly by using her beer glass. I will admit the drinks came quickly - and it was a good thing since honestly I think we would have just walked out otherwise - but our server cleaned it, though admittedly thought that saying something akin to "oh, you didn't want that?" wasn't really my idea of an appropriate thing to say to a customer. But I let it go since usually the food at Red Robin is OK. And it was, I had no complaints with the food other than it seems a bit overpriced for what it is. The Bacon Guacamole Burger I had for lunch was a perfect sized meal, steak fries and fry sauce were also enjoyable, it met my expectations. That really is the one thing that redeemed it and gets this particular Red Robin a score of 3.

We love Red Robin, we really do- Our favorites would be the cheese sticks, Royal Red burger, and Whiskey River BBQ burger but I hate how this location will not allow us to redeem our Red Robin Reward points! When we lived in Seattle we used to eat at Red Robin almost twice a month but now that we have lived here in Utah for about a year and learned that we can't redeem our Reward points, we've probably only eaten at RR a few times.

Pros: Love their burgers and fries. I enjoy the different kinds of burgers they have. Atmosphere is good. Cons: service is poor. We've dined here a dozen or more times, and generally get poor service. this doesn't include the couple times where we were seated and forgotten, and walked out after 15-20 minutes of waiting at the table.

Is it a coincidence that Red Robin and Winger's are both fowl-related? I think not. They're extremely similar, considering their differing specialties. I enjoy the occasional Red Robin visit for a couple of menu items that I've ferreted out to be the most appealing to my palate. It's an enjoyable chain resto, with a full bar, where you can get bottomless steak fries and fry sauce as an accompaniment to pretty much any entree. They encourage you to use more of their seasoning sprinkle by including it on the table. It's good, but ridden with salt and 'naturally occurring' MSG. Their Clucks & Fries are surprisingly good, which uses tasty fried breading for the chicken breast interior. They come with ranch dipping sauce, but I like the bleu cheese better. Not being an avid burger fan under typical circumstances, I do like their Petite Cheeseburger (no longer officially on the menu, but whenever I ask, they always oblige). As the name indicates, it's quite small so it doesn't overwhelm, and comes with their signature red pickle relish which is delicious. I always request an extra side of it because I can't get enough of this stuff. A big plus is that they offer a few semi-health-conscious options for their burgers like whole grain buns, or a lettuce wrap in lieu of a bun. Other healthier options are a couple of their salads, like the Cobb with Avocado (especially if you dismiss the bacon; but, really, who would do that?), or the Apple Chicken salad served with a delicious mustard vinaigrette dressing. Many of their entrees are fried, or sauced to the point of being unhealthy, despite being generally pretty tasty. Hubby likes their Banzai Burger (pineapple/teriyaki), and Whiskey River Burger (BBQ sauce/onion straw layer). Both huge, towering sandwiches. They look fantastic and will set you back a hefty $10 for the meal. Their specialty bar drinks are really tasty and relatively large, but expensive. Your bill can double with just a couple of them added to it. They have a decent selection of draft and bottle beer, but again...not cheap. Service at any Red Robin is typically upbeat and friendly, although not necessarily always speedy. We've experienced longer than average waits for orders and follow-up service a few times. Normally, though, they're in the neighborhood of average. They're good about keeping the refillable drinks full and making sure you have what you need to enjoy your RR meal. We've been here for lunch and dinner, and never had a terrible experience. It's not a place I typically suggest unless we have a large group with varying tastes to satisfy. Red Robin will please most groups courtesy of a diverse menu. It's conveniently close to my favorite movie theatre - so, I'll very likely continue to wattle on over to Red Robin for a casual peck if I'm in the neighborhood.

Really for the most part the food isn't too bad here, its everything else that gives it two stars. They brought us out wrong drinks, entrees before the appetizers, my cup had big nasty lipstick marks on the rim, and they have never brought us out the correct sauces. Its going to be a long time before I try eating here again.

After a long and emotional day at the Riverton hospital, two of my three brothers and their significant others, myself and my husband ended up at Red Robin at my brothers persistence. I was initially bummed cause there seemed to be several local places nearby, and I hadn't been to "The District" yet. I always try to hit up local places rather than chains, and I haven't been to a Red Robin in at least 10 years for good reason. We walked in on a pretty empty dining room, maybe 3 other tables in the dining room. Our waiter took our drink order, and left us to gave upon the vast menu of mostly burger and fried delights. I ended up just ordering a bowl of french onion soup, the hubbs got an order of sweet potato fries, my brothers girl got a bowl of chili, and my other bro and his lady got a wrap and a burger. In ordering my fries I saw they had a variety of dipping sauces and asked for a "green chile aoli" to dip our fries in. The server was completely confused and I had to point to it specifically and show him what i meant. He told me they had just changed the menu recently and he was getting used to it. Ok fine, until my brothers girl asked if the chili was spicy, and he made up some weird excuse about the chili just being re added to the menu and it wasn't spicy before so probably not. After about 45 minutes with our drinks long gone we finally started to see some food come out. We were asked who got the "pickle coins" or something like that, and it was in place of my husbands sweet potato fries, I tell the guy I think the confusion came from the whole green chili aoli sauce thing, and let him know it was fries. So now everyone has their food except my husband and about 10 minutes later the fries come out, but they are steak fries. We let them know again they are SPF(sweet potato fries) and they come out but without the sauce. So I remind the gentleman I ordered a sauce, and they bring some random thai sweet chili sauce. So I say F it and just let it sit there. The food was just as mediocre as I remember, fries from a bag, soup was standard, nothing special. We got through the meal , everyone annoyed and overly ready to gtfo. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is due to the manager comping the fries and not charging us for the dipping sauce. If I ever have a say in going to a place like this regardless of location, I will never return. This was just a painful reminder why I don't go to places like Red Robin.

Food is good, I love the wraps most. Service is slow and seems to always be understaffed. I hope they get better servers/managers/cooks.. staff in general I guess.

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States.

(3)Brian H.

(1)Bryan A.
Sssssslllllllllooooooooowwwwwww! It was actually called #BlueEgg when we walked in. :) From seating to cashing out, everything takes forever. Avoid #RedRobin if you don't have 4 hours to kill to get a burger...
(2)Terrence W.
I came here with a friend before a movie and I wasn't disappointed. I had a cheeseburger with fries and a jack and coke.
(3)Gerardo C.
I still love this place even if its a chain restaurant. Their burgers are always good. I love their Hawaiian burger, pineapple rings on a burger with teriyaki sauce is always a good combo.
(4)Brett N.
(1)Tamarra A.
Red robin is just like the commercial says, "yummmmmmm".
(4)Darin B.
Restaurant smells. Like sewage. Service wasn't good either.
(1)Marcus W.

(1)Nicole W.
We got right in, just to be seated WITHOUT service for 20 min only because we flagged someone down. We were told there server was 10 min late and gave us a new waiter, who was already stretched thin. Needless to say people all around us got there food while we waited. We were there without refills or a complete order for over 2 hours.
(1)Jennifer R.

(3)Robert S.
Why do they pay one person to manage a dry erase placemat? Employees are lethargic at best, downright bitchy at worst. Anywhere that feels that I need my fries placed in a ring and stood upright has lost my business.
(1)Robin A.
(3)Ariane A.

(3)John L.
(4)David E.
Stopped in here for a bite after going to the movies. It's just what you would expect at Ref Robin. Nothing super special but at least it's familiar. Fast, tastes like it's supposed to, decent service. I would come here again if I am in the area and was wanting a burger.
(4)Adam W.
We really appreciate how out going and friendly the staff is here. We eat here once a month before we go to the movies. Food is always good and fast. Tonight we did take out and it was ready when they said it would be and everything was perfect. Thanks.
(5)Misty H.
(3)Maverick K.
I visited this burger joint a few days ago and forgot to write a review, any way the burgers are above average probably like a 7/10 and the service was fair (7/10). Red Robin is a good place to eat late at night or if you're burnt out of every other restaurant.
(3)Shanie D.
Always can count on great sandwiches and burgers and fries!! Our go to place for a quick bite!!
(4)Chris M.
(3)Shauna D.
(5)Tamara N.
Good good, have never had a problem. Had an Artichoke Burger special once that I loved. My kids & I love the stacked onion rings! And free birthday meals! :)
(4)Felipe Z.
(4)Sam S.
(2)James E.
(2)J J.
(2)Andrew S.
(3)Tina E.
The staff here is truly awesome! They keep your drinks filled, free fries coming and are on top of everything. If you want great service this is the place to go.
(4)Michelle R.
(2)Daniel W.
Service is not always fast but I Love the burning love burger here! I have also had the whiskey river bbq chicken sandwich and the chicken bruschetta which are both great.
(4)Ben H.
Its a Red Robbin what can you say. Tasted like very other Red Robin. They did have great service.
(3)Daniel B.
(3)Jean W.

Love Red Robin! They are changing the menu a lot as of late. If they aren't careful they will take out all the stuff that makes them great right now.

We looooove bottomless fries!! Also our waiter named Brett sure was a hottie. And he was nice. Great food!
